Trust Center

Built for Control and Clarity

TradeDonor sits close to your accounts, so trust matters. This page explains how we handle your data, secure it, bound what the platform can do, and give you control.

This page is prepared for formal legal review; it is not a warranty. It describes our current practices in plain language and does not claim attorney approval.

Data Handling

We collect the account, trading, and usage data needed to operate your Office and nothing gratuitous. Your data is used to run the service for you, not sold, and not shared with advertisers.

Encryption

Data is encrypted in transit with TLS and encrypted at rest by our infrastructure providers. Sensitive credentials are stored using industry-standard protections.

Authentication

Accounts are protected by hashed passwords and session controls, with support for stronger sign-in factors. You control your credentials, and we never store passwords in plain text.

Role-Based Access

Access to systems and data is limited by role, on a need-to-know basis. Members see their own Office, and internal access follows least-privilege principles.

Vendor Use

We rely on a small set of established providers for hosting, database, email, and licensing. Each has its own security posture and data processing terms.

Account-Connection Boundaries

When you connect a trading account, you choose the scope of access. TradeDonor operates within those boundaries and never exceeds the permissions you grant.

AI Limitations

TradeDonor uses AI to summarize, surface, and suggest. It can be wrong, it does not predict markets, and it does not provide financial advice. You review and decide.

Execution Boundaries

Automated actions run only inside the authority mode and risk controls you set. Nothing executes above your configured scope, and every action is logged.

Incident Reporting

If a security incident affects your data, we investigate promptly and notify affected members in line with applicable obligations, with the facts as we understand them.

Responsible Disclosure

Security researchers can report a suspected vulnerability to our security contact. We ask for good-faith testing and time to remediate before public disclosure.

Member Controls

You can review your data, correct it, export your trading data, and request deletion of your account. Your authority settings and connections are yours to change at any time.

Report a Security Concern
