Who It Is For
Built For People Who Want The Why
New To Futures
You want contracts, ticks, margin and leverage explained from zero, in plain words, with the dollars shown.
Preparing For An Evaluation
You want to understand drawdown, position size and exit plans before you put a single rule at risk.
Building A Routine
You want a repeatable process for sizing, stops and trade management instead of deciding under pressure.
Thinking About Automation
You want to understand the system yourself before any software trades for you.
What It Is Not
- It is not a signal service and gives no trade calls.
- It does not place orders or connect to your broker.
- It is not financial advice, and it cannot promise any result.
Our Approach To Risk
Learn The System Before You Automate The System.
Risk is the one part of trading you control. The course teaches it as arithmetic you can check, not a feeling you hope is right.
- 01
The stop defines the loss.
Everything else in a trade is built on where you are wrong. The course starts there.
- 02
An account size is not a risk size.
A $50,000 account does not mean $50,000 of risk. You learn what your real budget is.
- 03
Breakeven is not zero risk.
A stop at entry still costs commission and slippage. You learn what a breakeven stop really locks.
- 04
Profit you saw is not profit you kept.
Giveback is why a good-looking trade can still hurt a prop account.
What You Will Be Able To Do
Skills You Take With You
These are skills you can demonstrate, not results we can promise.
- Turn any price move into dollars in your head
- Size a position from a defined loss and an available risk budget
- Explain trailing drawdown and track your own cushion
- Compare complete exit plans and build one yourself
- Read the basic chart terms: averages, levels, ATR, RSI and MACD
- Walk through the path from an evaluation to a payout, rule by rule, with one prop firm as a worked example
- Turn a plan into a saved order template in NinjaTrader or a bracket order in TradingView
Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
Is Founder Access really $0?
Yes. Founder Access is $0 during the founding launch. Any change to the price will be shown on this page before you enroll.
Do I need a TradeDonor Suite membership?
No. The Futures Academy needs only a TradeDonor account. You can explore the Suite later, and your course progress stays with your account.
Will this help me pass an evaluation or get funded?
No course can promise that, and this one does not. It teaches the rules, the arithmetic of risk and a routine for managing a trade. What you do with it, and what the market does, is outside our control.
Does the course place trades or connect to my broker?
No. It is a training environment. You practise with calculators, simulators and exercises. It never places a live order.
Which prop firm does it teach?
The course uses one prop firm’s published rules as a worked example, with the date those rules were read. Rules change, so always check your own firm’s current rules before you act on anything.
What do I need to take it?
A modern web browser. The two platform labs are optional hands-on walkthroughs if you use NinjaTrader or TradingView.
What is saved about my learning?
Your lesson progress, quiz results and exercise results are saved to your account so you can pick up where you stopped. You see a plain notice about this before you begin.
