Risk Disclosure

Please read this carefully before using TradeDonor. Trading carries substantial risk and is not suitable for everyone.

Trading Risk Warning

Trading foreign exchange, futures, and CFDs carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. You could lose some or all of your capital, and in some products more than your initial deposit. Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose.

1. Software Tool, Not Advice

TradeDonor is a software platform that helps you observe your accounts, receive alerts based on your settings, monitor your own rules, and optionally place trades through an Execution Agent within a scope you define. TradeDonor is not a licensed financial advisor, broker, or money manager. Nothing on this platform is financial, investment, or trading advice. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

2. No Guarantee of Results

Past performance of any strategy, preset, or Execution Agent does not indicate or guarantee future results. TradeDonor does not promise profits and does not guarantee that any account will reach a target, stay within a limit, or pass any evaluation.

3. Automation and Execution Risk

Automated tools can behave in unexpected ways. Market conditions, connectivity, broker behavior, and platform availability are outside TradeDonor's control. TradeDonor does not guarantee protection against slippage, price gaps, requotes, spread widening, broker or liquidity-provider errors, platform or internet outages, or losses of any kind. Rules and risk thresholds you configure are applied on a best-effort basis and can be affected by conditions beyond the software.

4. You Control the Authority

You choose the authority you grant TradeDonor, from Observe only, through Alert and Guard, up to Execute. TradeDonor acts only within the authority and scope you set. You can change or revoke that authority at any time. TradeDonor does not select trades for you or replace your judgment.

5. Demo and Live Accounts

Evaluation and testing features may use demo or sandbox accounts that do not involve real funds. Results on a demo account do not represent results you would obtain on a live account. Enabling live execution is a separate, deliberate step.

6. Your Responsibility

You are responsible for complying with the rules of your broker, prop firm, or any program you participate in, and with the laws of your jurisdiction. Ensure that automated trading is permitted for your account before enabling it.
